Step 01: download the App from Google Play Store through your tracking link only

Step 02: After successfully installing the app, your customer has to open the app and select a language

Step 03: Enter customer Mobile Number and verify through OTP

Step 04: Enter customer details such as Aadhaar and PAN number

Step 05: Select Product as Ruby Card(If not eligible, the Ruby option will be grayed out). After selecting the product, scroll down to click on “Apply”

Step 06: Allow all the mandatory permissions on your phone for the redcarpet app. Click on “Accept all & continue”

Step 07: Re-verify Aadhaar and PAN card details and click “Submit”
Read the lender agreement and click “Submit”

Step 08: Select ‘Activate Card’ and your customer will be able to check the details in the app after activating the card. The card will be activated with a minimum value

Step 09: After activation, the customer will receive a sanction letter in their email ID
If the customer is eligible to upgrade to a physical card, please follow the steps
Select the “Upgrade” button by scrolling on the product page.

Note: the upgrade button might take 24 hours to show up from the time of activation. If the upgrade button does not show up, the customer is not eligible for an upgrade
Add a detailed “physical address” to get the card delivered. Select “Continue” to proceed

Documents Required is :
Upload photo of Government ID(front and back) – Aadhaar card
Upload income proof (PAN Card)
Take a selfie
Select the payment method of paying redcarpet RUBY Card fees of Rs. 700 to Rs. 1000 + GST as applicable per user profile
Select “Success” on the payment success page.
