आज रिज़र्व बेंक ऑफ़ इंडिया ने नोटिफिकेशन कर दिया के सोमवार से शिवालिक अर्बन को ओप बेंक आज से small फाइनेंस बेंक होगा.
आज से वो पुरे भारत में अपनी शाखा खोल शकते हैं और बुज़िनेस कर शकेंगे.
अब तो पूरा बेंक जैसा ही कम कर पायेगा जैसे लोन , विमा , डिपाजिट, फोरेक्स जैसे सभी कम जो बेंक करती हैं वो कर पाएंगे. इसमें कोई अवधि या लिमिट का कोई गुंजाईश नहीं रहेगा.

The Reserve Bank has issued a licence to the bank under Section 22 (1) of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 to carry on the business of small finance bank in India.
Shivalik Mercantile Co-operative Bank Limited was granted in-principle approval for transition into a small finance bank, as announced in the press release on January 6, 2020, under the “Scheme on the voluntary transition of Urban Co-operative Bank into a Small Finance Bank” issued on September 27, 2018.
